- Yes. Brian is a state-licensed residential contractor in Utah, fully insured, and has been working in residential construction for 14+ years. We're happy to provide license and insurance documentation upon request.
- Do you provide free estimates?
- Yes, always. Brian will come out for a site visit, walk the project with you, and provide a written estimate at no cost and with no obligation. We believe in transparent pricing before any commitment.
- Do you pull permits for projects that require them?
- Yes. We handle all permit applications and coordination with your local building department. You shouldn't have to navigate that process yourself - it's part of our job.
- How long does a home remodel take?
- Scope determines timeline. A focused project like custom trim or a bathroom tile install typically takes 1–2 weeks. A full bathroom remodel runs 3–5 weeks. A complete home renovation can take 2–6 months. We provide a detailed schedule before we start.
- Do you work on smaller projects, or only full remodels?
- Both. Brian takes focused projects - custom wood beams, a single room of trim work, a bathroom vanity swap - just as seriously as full-scale renovations. There's no project too small if the craftsmanship matters.
